This is my second time using Air Pros, and they're very good! The two Brandons' were awesome. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The operations side is horrible as far as scheduling goes, but the technicians are great.

This company is a complete scam. Their whole business model is to steal business from an actual professional company named Air Pro and ruin existing a/c units so they can keep making more money. Don't use these people unless you want to throw money and sanity into the dumpster.

Between the installation and subsequent trips to rectify installation problems, the overall experience with this group was just awful. Justin sold me the unit, but Adrian - the main installer - was either disinterested or inept on my job. There were so many problems and re-do's the owner had to get involved. Ultimately, Justin had to come out and get things as right as they could be. Somewhere around 6-9 mos later, we contacted the company to assess a problem with how it was cooling. A new TXV valve had to be replaced on the unit - and they sent Adrian out to perform the work. Needless to say I was not happy. The unit worked for a little while longer and it started acting up again. So, I contacted another HVAC company - they informed me there was a leak in the system and they ran a dye test. They came back two weeks later, identified the problem at a solder joint and fixed it. Technically, this should've been warranty work I would have had Air Pro's do...but I decided to just bite the bullet and work with this new HVAC company going forward.

Horrible customer service and no communication. I am a new customer and set up an appointment to have AC service/maintenance. My appointment was scheduled for the morning between 8am-12pm. The night before I received a confirmation text saying my tech would be at my home between 8:30-10:30am. I waited at home from 8am until 1pm and the tech never showed. I called the company 3 times to check on the status and was told each time that I was next and the tech should be calling me soon. Finally at 1pm Derrick from dispatch called me and said I was moved to 3:30pm. At that point I said forget it and cancelled my appointment. No one told me about the time change all day, no communication or updates. They lost a customer, I’m finding a different AC company and suggest you do the same.

Air Pros came out to service my ac unit, it was the tune-up special. They did great! Thank you gentleman for your hard work and efforts on keeping my unit cooling all summer long, see you in 6 months for the next one!

I'm not pleased with the follow-up services that Air Pros failed to. The company completely failed me in those regards, however; staff members Paul, Duke and especially Braven, give the company the high ratings they deserve. Braven kept me informed on the process and got the unit up and running in less than 10 minutes. Its workers like him that keep me coming back to Air Pros.

My service technician was Kevin. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Most importantly he didn't attempt to up-sell unnecessary services. Great job!
