They were phenomenal! On time, fully explained the new system, warranty and plan. Our system went down on a boy, humid miserable summer day. They came right out.

It's been almost a year and the savings from the new system is such a bonus.

These people are great! They were very efficient and thorough in replacing my old system. I dealt primarily with Corey who made the whole process easy and uncomplicated. Everyone I met from the company was courteous and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them!

Whole system went down on a night it got down to 19 degrees in Tallahassee. It was Saturday 12-24. Called emergency number that was answered and was told someone would call me back. They never did. It is now Tuesday 3 pm because yesterday, Monday, was 12-26 so they were closed. Talked to them this morning and they still are not here. There is NO 24 hour emergency service. Both units are less than 2 years old. STAY AWAY . There is better service out there.

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon so I called WEC and they sent Wilson right over. He was professional and friendly, and he answered all my questions and explained all my options. Due to supply chain issues, AC parts are few and far between. Jackie at WEC was able to find me a new unit in Tally and got it just before the supplier closed on Friday afternoon. The WEC installers arrived on Monday morning and got right to work. By 11:00 am I had a brand new AC system and it was running smoothly. Cory and the other installers were professional, friendly and thorough. I am very glad I went with WEC, and I highly recommend them!

good techs.. horrible front office. tried for a couple weeks to get a call back to set up an appointment for service. im done trying.. going with another company.

I can truly say Phillip is awesome he’s very professional. Phillip let the custom make their decision. W.E.C. has a great valuable employee. WEC came out early last Sunday evening after our AC went out in blistering heat. So thankful they have an after hours emergency service and actually answered their phone, which our service plan vendor DID NOT. When the same thing happened to our neighbor this weekend, we recommended WEC, who came out once again and took care of business. Can't say enough good words about these folks.

I would highly recommend calling W.E.C Heating and A/C!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely efficient. Our ac went out and a brand new one was installed the next day. We are very thankful to have found such a reliable company!

WEC came out to check on my unit and gave me options on repairing vs. replacing (it was 19 years old). I decided to replace it and they came the next morning. They arrived right on time and were done in 2 1/2 hours. Everyone was very professional and took great care to protect the areas they were working inside my home. I would highly recommend them!

These are incredible people!!!! Our air conditioning stopped working the morning of the day I was hosting a Bridal Shower, and Lane came; on a Saturday, with short notice!!!! We could not be more grateful or happy with the outstanding service we received! The filter not being changed by me was the cause of our problem. Already recommended them to family and friends: we bought our unit from them 6 years ago! Thank you again Lane and company!
