I am writing this review in response to an issue I had when Air & Heat of North Florida, LLC was called by my apartment complex to repair my A/C unit.
On April 28th Air & Heat of North Florida, LLC was called to my apartment complex to repair my A/C unit in my apartment.
My apartment complex manager let the technicians into my apartment. Since the issue had been ongoing.
While there, the technicians failed to avoid damages or any housekeeping responsibilities that they caused after their work was complete. When I returned home the day my home was not the way I left it.
They somehow knocked over a bottle of hot sauce and it splattered the wall and floor in my dining area. There were no attempts to clean up the spill. In addition, they removed a wall fixture and did not put it back in its place.
These things may be minor to most people but when a company sends workers into your home, and they have no regard or respect for you space is a huge issue to me.
After speaking to the manager of the complex I reached out to Air & Heat on May 1st and spoke with Kevin who I believe is the owner or a manager he did not specify. about this situation and his response was unapologetic and quite rude.
He rudely advised that the workers did nothing wrong, and they left the apartment the way they found it.
I understand there is no compensation for this nor do I need any. An apology and the opportunity to advise their workers to be mindful of the client's home were all I wanted to relay. But his rudeness and unprofessionalism were on full display.
My suggestion, if you use these people, please be sure to be at home when they arrive to do work. This was unfortunate but necessary. My issues were minor but the next time it could be more serious.
If I owned my own home, I would not call this company to do any work for me.

We are so appreciative of the quickness and quality of work from Air and Heat of North Florida. Our AC stopped functioning late Friday afternoon. We called the company to diagnose and fix the issue. Kevin, the owner of the company, came out the next morning, within 18 hours of our call. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt out capacitor, and the system was back functioning as normal by late morning. We will definitely use them again in the future!

These folks have serviced my Air Conditioning system for a couple of years now and I find them very dependable at very reasonable costs. They respond quickly to requests for service and they go the extra mile to make sure that my old AC system is running efficiently. I give them my highest recommendation.
