We had our AC stop working on us in the middle of Father’s Day and I called no less than a dozen other AC repair shops trying to get someone who might be able to come out that same day. Olsi was the only one who could and he was there diagnosing our old system within two hours. We knew we were already on borrowed time with how old our equipment was, and Olsi was able to schedule a new installation the next day for what seemed like a reasonable price. I’m very pleased and will be using them again.

Used this company for a weekend emergency, no cool air. Johan was our service tech and he was extremely professional, friendly and honest regarding the needed repair. He had us with AC again within 2 hours. Johan gave a very thorough explanation of everything needed. I will definitely use this company again.

Waithin one hour of this review I was contacted by an administrator of this company. The gentleman was extremely professional and apologetic for the action of one of his employees. He assured me, and I believe him, that this is NOT the way his company is run nor treats their clients. He promised he me would addrress the problem in an appropriate way, and again I BELIEVE HIM, to see that this does not happen again. I thanked him for his sincerity and professionalism. Although I have moved on and am under contract with another company, I would give this company a second chance. The fine men and women who are part of their team do not deserve to be punished for the selfish act of one person.

The representative did not even show up. He made a phone call and you could immediately tell that he had absolutely no interest in getting this account. It was on the order of a bad joke hopefully he is not indicative of the working men and women you have on your team. It only takes one to give the entire team a blackeye. Should you wish to talk to me by phone I would be happy to answer additional questions. and as far as our project is concerned, it starts on July 10, and we will have a very nice trane air conditioner installed

Olsai was just fantastic! My unit is only 1.5yrs old but had it installed by an electric company that was incompetent. And since it has been in place it was less efficient than my old unit. Even though it's a larger unit. I had called out other AC repair places to try and nail down why this system wasn't keeping the house cool. On hot days it literally couldn't keep up trying to hit that set temp. But Olsai came out and first dealt with my whole unit frozen over. After allowing the coils to defrost, he then discovered something no one had ever picked up. My units blower was set to a low speed. So I was essentially never getting the full capability of a 5 ton unit. He set the blower speed to the proper setting and cool air was now flowing through the house. Thank you so much for your experience, professionalism, and detailed approach to my issue. You are now my go to company for my HVAC needs

The tech who came out to assess 10+year ild AC system was happy to explain in great detail options including replacement or repair of AC unit and handler. Price was competitive.
The tech who came the next day (!!) to do the removal and replacement was very neat, professional and considerate of us and my elderly mother. He was quiet, cleaned up and explained exactly what he did.
