John was very knowledgeable and up front about everything. I've had 5 other companies come in and look at my system and give me quotes so I've learned some about the process. After seeing everyone else and then seeing John, I was comfortable making the purchase that day. Thank you John for making everything so smooth and easy!

Flogert was amazing!!! Called with an emergency need for service - he was at my house within 30 minutes and successfully resolved the issue (blown capacitor) within 20 minutes.

He went the extra mile and diagnosed the larger issue of airflow (missed by multiple other companies) and was truly a trusted service advisor and a wonderful technician. I’d give Flogert and Smart 10 Stars if I could. Will definitely be using them again!!

Buyer beware, a tech came out & told us we needed a whole new system, quoted us roughly 10K & was very pushy. Our system was working when he arrived, had issues with it cutting on & off periodically. He wanted us to sign paperwork even though we weren’t sure what to do yet. He was very persistent on us getting it all replaced THIS week. ( Our system is still on and working) He also told us he could replace our surge protector for 700- he said he would do it for 400- After researching they are no where near that price & easy to have installed. that is one example of the many things that were so wrong. He was supposed to be a service tech and he was just throwing out prices & discounts left & right with an urgency to close the deal asap. Another company came out & told us our entire unit is in great shape & it could use a few small things. All I’m saying is, get a second opinion. The guy was very nice, but not truthful. I worry for the people in a pinch who need AC / Heat in a hurry. We picked this company because they were a small business, sadly I cannot recommend them. Please get a second opinion before you sign anything.

John is an amazing HVAC technician with exceptional customer service. He repaired my ac after the thermostat turned off and wouldn't turn on. We immediately called Smart Heating and Cooling and they answered within a couple minutes. They were able to come out the same day and even showed up 30 minutes sooner than expected. John was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He answered all of our questions throughly allowing me to fully understand my options. He definitely went above and beyond by continuing to check my outside unit even after the initial reason we called was resolved. I highly recommend this company if you need routine or emergency service.

Jared was able to schedule an appointment for me within the week to tune up my AC. Flogert the technician arrived within the scheduled time and did a great job. The job was done quickly, efficiently & the value was beyond reasonable. Thanks for the great & fast service!

John was excellent, informative, super nice, definitely glad we called today after our AC failed. They are even going to install on a holiday. Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

Olsi was awesome! He was super responsive and came out on a Sunday to help get our AC back on. He was great at explaining the issue and addressing quickly.

The technician that came out was a very nice young man. He explained everything to Me he gave me 2 options to get my Air back on. I called at 7 PM. He was here by 8 PM and my air was back on by 9 PM will definitely using this company again.
