Knowledgable, professional and hosnest team. Responded same day to an AC outage after I called at 3pm. It was replaced the next day (Saturday) much faster than I expected. One of the best companies I've done business with, highly reccommend!

AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday at 4:30 P.M, I called Danny and didn't leave a VM when no one picked up as I was frantically trying to figure out what to do. Called an AC friend who helped me figure out the part needed. By the time I figured the part I needed all the other shops were closed, and Danny called me back despite not even leaving him a VM! He got me the part at 11:30 P.M on a Friday night and my AC was up and going, excellent service and follow up.

I have worked with Danny for 7 years, definitely the guy i call for any problem i run into in the field. Ive been on both sides of HVAC and customer satisfaction and quality is hard to find Precision Air is highly recommended for any kind of air quality or conditioning.

Rick came out to assess the cooling enhancements I wanted. He agreed that replacing my central system and adding a mini-split for my converted garage would be a good solution, and gave me a quote below the other 3 I’d collected. The installers showed up on the morning we’d scheduled, ready to go, and completed the work without a hitch.

A/C went out after a storm on Saturday afternoon, around 4:00pm, by 6:30 Danny had the defective part replaced and the system up and running again. While he suggested some additional purchases (e.g. a surge protector), he wasn't pushy about it. Excellent response, service, and at a reasonable price, too. Highly recommended!

Rick, came out and did what no other company could and fixed my air. Two other companies just looked and said it was old and just wanted me to replace it. It turned out to be a short in the wire. Up and running in 20 minutes. Best decision I ever made was calling this company.
