I had my air conditioner installed around September of 2018 by precision air conditioning and Refrigeration. I made the mistake and paid him in cash. Cost me a little over $5,000. Danny told me he had to get electrician out here and wire a outlet for the pump on the air handler. So for now he's got the air handler pump wired through the Great where the hair Handler is at running along the wall in the dining room which looks really tacky. And on top of that he's got the air conditioner running off a 30 watt amp when it's supposed to be on a 40 watt amp for it to pass codes. And on top of that I have not even seen or heard from the code inspector to inspect the air condition. And since I paid Danny in cash I also haven't heard from him either. It's like he forgot all about finishing up my job. I would not refer him to anybody. And I would like Danny to finish the job. I didn't pay cash to get a cheap job done. And if the job doesn't get done soon I'm thinking about going to Channel 8.

Do not walk away... RUN AWAY!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I just paid Danny to break my AC. After asking him to put it back to how it was before he came (since he did not fix it yesterday which is another bad story) he says "I put it back to how it was". Only now there is a very loud hiss from my compressor. What is that sound Danny? "I dont know, sounds like you have a leak"... It wasn't leaking yesterday Danny. "Well I dont know" he says... Then proceeds to leave without a care in the world. Worst customer service in my life. And now I have to pay someone else to fix what he did.

Oh, and last year I had Precision Air install new duct work. (Not Danny). The worker accidently slipped in the attic and broke through my ceiling not once, but TWICE. I get it, mistakes happen, but now you can look at my ceiling and see there are obvious patch jobs done that weren't there before.

Actually, don't run away... SPRINT away as fast as you can.

I was referred to Precision AC by a friend that recently had a new AC install and was very happy. I too found the Precision team to be professional, efficient and informative throughout the process. We are highly pleased with our new AC installation and can’t wait for the Florida summer heat to really get the use of this new unit.

Danny and his team did a great job on the replacement of my HVAC system. He was quick to get the job done, very responsive, and knowledgeable.

I had Percision air install a new unit for me in three weeks it started leaking water on the ceiling in the garage.I called Rayn one of their guys came out immediately and fixed it! Danny the owner reassured me before they got there that no matter what the problem was that they would take care of it even if it meant putting in a new unit and replacing all the drywall that was damaged these guys are the real deal customer service at its finest!!

This was the ultimate experience I have had with any AC company in the area, I have had a brand new mini split installed by handyman for over a year now that has not been turned on they were able to get it up and running AND service my brand new AC unit from a different company with a new low cost maintenance contract.These professional men are the real deal! Professional, polite, on time I would recommend them to anybody I wish they'd come back just so I can give them cookies 😁

This company was great to work with. The technicians were clean, professional, and finished hours earlier than they estimated. The cost was very reasonable and the 10 year parts warranty is great. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC help.

This is a newer company with EXPERIENCED hands-on ownership. Chances are you'll be dealing with the owner on-site. The visit, diagnosis and service was FAST. Pricing was totally fair. No bait & switch. I'm a long-time landlord with lots A/C repair experience (including DIY) and these guys are now in the front of my contractor book. They will work on all brands. Give them a shot!

Precision air conditioning was on time and very quick with the repair! Highly recommended! I'm an electrician so I know the service industry. These guys are great!

I would recommend this company anytime. Ryan was here the same day I called and went over everything to be done and first thing the next morning Curtis and Eric were here to do a complete install. Very hard workers even with the sweltering heat and very courteous guys. Thank you all and I will be sure to recommend this team to anyone I know.
