Gulf Coast was a life saver!! I own a second home in the St. Pete's Beach area and had an issue with the AC not working while hosting guests in July (so you know how it was). I called Gulf Coast and they had a technician out to my property within 20 minutes even though the service window was 1 - 2 hours!! The tech immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I had very happy guests!!

We bought a home that had some serious HVAC issues going on with a 1yr old system. They did our coil cleaning (immaculate!), HVAC maintenance/repairs, Freon, and explained everything along the way. Today, we had them come back to check a potential ductwork issue discovered by our insulation installers. Gabriel checked our ductwork and let us know that we didn't have the suspected issue, and that they would not charge us for work that doesn't need to be done. I let him know that our system was running hard, we thought it was just that we needed new insulation, and described what's happening to him. Gabriel checked our system over and did find an issue with our condenser unit. This man just spent hours diagnosing and fixing our problem... and in the end, we were told that we weren't being charged on what honestly would have been easily an $800-$1000 job! We'd spent quite a bit of money to service the HVAC 2 months ago. They'd decided that because of that, this one was on the house. Unbelievable! I'm in shock. Our HVAC is running wonderfully, now. Our condenser unit is no longer having the issues it was. The time and care Gabriel spent on resolving this, today, will not be forgotten. My husband and I are so utterly impressed with this company, and you will be, too! There are a lot of AC/HVAC companies in the area, and if you're on the fence about who to hire... look no more.

They did a great job installing our new A/C unit in the same day, and we are very happy with the product. They said they would seal off the opening to the outside before they left that day, but they did not.
