Gulf Coast Heating & AC of Seminole

Gabriel came out to determine what was wrong with our HVAC. He found the motor on the outside unit was bad. We decided to use Gulf Coast to fix our motor and board. Gabriel took the time to explain what was wrong and called to see if it was still under warranty. I feel he went above and beyond on his service call. This company is great, and are willing to help with anything. They are not looking to sell you a new system if it's not needed, they are happy to keep your system running well for as long as possible.

Our A/C went down Friday night. We called Saturday morning and Gabriel was here within a few hours. We always use Gulf Coast hearing and Air. Gabriel and Gulf Coast are always outstanding!

Great experience from the first conversation! Randy came out to give me a quote for a new AC Unit and arrived right on time! I was impressed with the knowledge and recommendations on a new unit, they also were able to accommodate my requested installation date. I received multiple quotes from around town and they were very reasonable. Overall, great and easy to work with!

Extremely responsive - they even called (when they were not going to meet the stated time to arrive) to say they'd be 20 minutes late. While he was at the house, Randy took the time to look at our other A/C system and helped us identify what we could do to optimize it (different thermostat, etc.). Just their responsiveness, in this day and age, makes them stand out from almost all other service providers.

The technician, Gabriel was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified an issue with my almost 20 year old A/C system and I determined I would just replace with a new system. Gabriel said a salesman would contact me right away so I could get the new unit ASAP. It’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing. I guess they don’t need my business.
