Mr. Ferris was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us good tips on operation of our a/c system.

We need to have the heat pump system replace. Chris Carr has been excellent to work with. He is thorough and has been very communicative throughout the process. He has been able to answer all questions and respond in a timely manner A+ service. Because of his excellent service and good pricing. We signs the contract with Facemyer to have the new Trane system install. I would highly recommend.

This company was recommended to us by a friend. They are totally professional. The owner actually called us to thank us for our business! The installation crew was professional,courteous and knew what they were doing. They were neat and actually vacuumed prior to leaving. We had several estimates for this big purchase and not one company measured our windows and did a through inspection of our home. Believe me, we did not want to spend the money on a new AC unit but we are so happy that we went with Facemyer! We finally have an AC company for all of our needs. We will never call another company! Troy was so great and available to answer all of our silly questions. Go with Facemyer, you will be happy you did.

This was my experience on this particular visit. My thermostat was reading battery warning. We’ve never had that happen since we just got the new AC system around 2 years ago. I thought this was something they needed to handle. Come to find out it was a simple battery replacement we could have done. We ended up paying $98 for a simple fix. The service department could have easily told us that, I feel that was wrong on all levels. Very disappointed in this service rendered.

Update: I appreciate you responding quickly and providing a refund. There is a misstatement on your behalf, we wasn’t invoiced later, the technician stated payment was due right then and took my credit card information.

Over the last 20 years, we've purchased 2 HVAC units for two separate homes. In the first home we only lived there two more years after purchasing, but it ran like a dream. In the second home, it replaced the original HVAC unit that was built with the house. The difference was amazing. They sized it to our house perfectly with a great efficient unit. It cut $100 a month off our energy bill in the peak of summer while still keeping the house as cool as we like it.

We also use Facemyer for a twice a year maintenance plan (and have since we purchased the unit). The technicians are always friendly courteous and professional. They'll explain everything they see in as much detail as you like (even for my geek brain). It's well worth the peace of mind to insure we don't get a sudden outage in the heat of summer. I can't recommend Facemyer highly enough.
