Really stressed over AC, Charles was able to show us the solution to our AC shutting down. With accuracy Charles explained the process to keep drain lines open and why. I was not treated as an idiot( I already felt dumb however) and he clearly understood the process!

Tony and Hot 2 Cold Air were super friendly and kind for our AC Repair. They were prompt and courteous. However, $259 to fix a capacitor is excessive. Great service, but I would make sure to shop around for straight forward service like this in the future.

The company is not what this post is about. My home has been having a reoccurring service for the same issue on our AC for quite some time. Same issue of running hot- same charge & no discount/ warranty for the next related service.

Today was a night and day experience. The technician named Mr. Adams literally made us feel like he cared and our issue was important to him. He took his time and carefully explained issues to me. The products and service rendered were trusted and we finally feel like we have gotten it right! Pay Mr. Adams more because he is a truly a key employee.

Tony Lewis was great! He was quick, efficient, helpful and we are now cool and comfy. the company responded and came out within 2 hours, we are pleased and will use again.

Charles, the AC tech that came did a thorough AC tune up because I had an ac leak issue.
Charles was a nice guy who explained things to me what he's doing and even sent me pictures to my email add together with the invoice of the test results he did with the tune up. I signed up for their yearly maintenance because of the discounts and calls for drain unclogging is free. So now, am a regular customer of HOT2COLD. See you next time, Charles but hope not that soon. Lol
