Dishonest business. I needed to change Safe-T-Switch at my air conditioner. The service man gave me a quote of $259, while its price at the Amazon is only less than $30. This experience was very bad. It just wanted to take advantage of the asymmetric information to make profit.

I just received the response from the company. Obviously, it had a intentional misunderstanding. The service man wanted to charge me $259 on the part, excluding the service call and labor costs.

This company is very responsive, professional they always send the same tech that did the initial service which it's great to have a person that is already familiar with the house, the system and the requirements.

I do recommend them.

Geraldo was a champ! Arrived earlier than expected. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered ALLLLL of my annoying questions lol. Super friendly. Gave me tips and pointers to help avoid unnecessary future maintenance.
