We have used Grossman Air Conditioning for more that 20 years.
They are great on scheduling our twice yearly service on a date and time
that we select. Our maintenance assures our comfort year round. (Both
heat and air).

I would not recommend. Work accomplished: Replacement of two A/C units and all ducts within a residence.
The foreman of my job has an issue with a homeowner inspecting his work, possibly because I am a female or just an outsider of his industry. After a county inspection was failed, I inspected the duct work to ensure it was to my satisfaction and I found a few issues, tear in duct, register box not attached to ceiling and a few leaks. I informed the foreman of those issues when he returned to correct what the county had found. He had a attitude problem with me the entire time he was here doing the rework. He would not talk to me, etc. At the end of the job, he was kind enough to finally talk with me to only tell me that **the defects of the job were not his or his crews fault, that I must have done the damage. Plus, he would not complete the job to my satisfaction!** He would not even go into the attic with me to show me what they had done, and to ensure at that time, I did not find anything else. He was very condescending and just plain rude. Unfortunately, this job has been paid in full due to financing, so I have no recourse there.
I am the homeowner and I am paying for the service, I have the right to inspect and the right to expect any defect found to be correct, if an adequate explanation as to why the items should not be fix is not given.
There are many A/C companies out there, save yourself some grief and select another one!

Love these guys! Trustworthy - they'll never suggest work that isn't necessary. The office staff is friendly and polite, always letting you know when the technicians are on their way. The guys are knowledgeable and take the time to explain every step. I highly recommend Grossmann!

It's very difficult to find an honest AC company. I highly recommend working with Chad at Grossman Air Conditioning. When my 10year old AC unit died in this summer, I thought I needed a completely new main unit. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. Their tech found that I just needed a freon re-charge and it's been running ice cold since! Thank you Grossman Air !

We called Grossman AC after our usual AC company had yet again left us frustrated and with water accumulating in places it shouldn't be. Our other AC company, that had installed the system themselves, had been out to fix it multiple times over the years to no avail. So we called Grossman's and they sent someone the next day who actually fixed the problem! Now our AC works great and for the first time in years, the drip pan is bone dry. Definitely recommended!!

I can't say enough about the exalent service and how Honest this company is.

The whole experience from the office staff (very professional) to the installation people was very good. No complaints about any of the service or installation. Only wish they participated in the FPL rebate.

Highly Recommend !!! Living in Florida there are many AC Companies to chose from, however I would only chose one company. I have used this company for several years, they are professional, very friendly from the moment they answer their phone, with any question you have, and it is handled in a great timely manner to the hard working team that shows up to do the work until everything is completed, they are very reliable, work is exceptional, and estimates are fair and always honored. It is always a pleasure to do business with them.

Almost $20k total cost and the job looks like absolute $h!+. The brand new units are already tripping the breaker. They've only been installed for a month and a half!

Really shoddy workmanship - and that's probably giving them more credit than they deserve. Nothing anywhere close to what a professional would do, and any real professional would be embarrassed to know these people are in the same field. Big, no, make that "RIDICULOUSLY BIG" holes through the outside of my house that was filled with caulk like a 2 year old did it. Open to the outside still, despite gobbing caulk in the hole like that would fix it. They came through my ceiling and had to repair a significant portion. Based on how we were getting treated we opted not to make them fix the ceiling inside where they cracked it for about 10 feet. They kicked my sprinkler pump and broke the main line when they were putting in the outside units, and then denied it (even though my wife watched it happen). The wiring looks like spaghetti thrown on a wall. The duct work in the attic looks like they really didn't care because let's face it, I doubt they do! I hope their BBB membership is up to date. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Pay a homeless person instead. They will do a better job, treat you better in the process, and probably give you better customer service for the job they did afterwards.

Oh, and if you think I'm one of those people that complains about everything, shoot me an email and ask for pictures. You will see I am well within my right and probably even being nicer than I should. Complete waste of money, and my brand new air conditioner doesn't even work a month and a half after it was installed.
