Grossmann Air Conditioning Port St. Lucie

My husband and I called in yesterday after our thermostat went blank and the a/c unit wouldn’t turn on. We were worried about our situation so we gave them a call. They came out on the same day. Gary was very nice, professional, and provided beyond excellent service. He was very honest about the problem we had and it turns it was not a big problem after all. The price for the services he rendered were not expensive (trust me we live on a budget). We are very thankful to God for this company. They are an answered prayer. It’s hard to find very honest professionals these days. I definitely recommend these guys if you want honest and responsible professionals.

Technicians appear well trained and are willing and able to describe their services. Chad, the owner, and the office staff are available to answer questions and are very pleasant. I would recommend Grossman's for maintenance and installs.

I’ve used Grossman AC for the past five years and they’ve been the best company (AC or otherwise) to work with that I’ve come across in Florida. They’re unbelievably trustworthy and they have been so good to me in my home and business. I can’t say enough about them.

I researched reviews on Grossman and then called them to come out and repair an aging (23 yr old) AC unit that had been limping along for the last 5 years. The tech came and determined that it was no longer salvageable. They quoted a new unit at a very competitive price and the Crew showed up 4 days later at 9am and were done with the house cooling off by 2pm. The crew worked swiftly and efficiently and cleaned up well, my new unit works quite well 2 weeks later and I can't say how impressed I am with Grossman AC! They went above and beyond with excellent communication for each step from start to finish, permitting to inspection, from the office personnel to the work crews - I am so pleased! I heartily recommend Grossman AC...great company and great people. Thanks!

As first time owners of a condo Grossman not only made us feel comfortable with the first call they really came through for us. They clearly explained how the condo units work and everything associated with a replacing an ancient unit! .We were very impressed with their attention to detail during the installation process and they have kept in touch and made us aware if anything that came up during routine maintenance visits. 100% recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience with Grossmann. All of the Staff from the Lady who sold me the Unit to the Installation People - who were very efficient and professional - Were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to make me comfortable when my Unit went during the hot summer months. I have already recommended them to a Friend who also loves them.

Just want to give Credit where Credit is due, We've been having Grossmann do our 6 month service for 2yrs now. And most recently our AC wasn't working properly. I called them this morning at 7:30 and John showed up Promptly at 9am just like they said they would. He is a very personable and knowledgeable young Man. Super friendly answered all my questions and was very helpful. Got our AC up and running in an hours time and was only charged the service charge. Gross man is my GO To AC company. They are knowledgeable, Courteous and Prompt. The few times we have had issues they responded promptly and got us back in service. We were very impressed with the Technicians that were dispatched to our home.
They have replaced two of our units so far and we will use them again for #3.

My old A/C guy retired and I have been looking for a new company to trust with my very old A/C unit. I found Grossmann A/C here on google, checked the reviews and decided to call them to come check our central A/C unit which was blowing warm air. The tech (Gary) came out the same day, was professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and got our A/C blowing cold again. Best of all, he did not try to sell us a new unit, he simply explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. That is rare these days especially in the A/C business where many of the local companies just want to sell replacement units. My house is cooling back to a comfortable temperature as I write this review...I would definitely recommend this company.

We have had several companies come out to service our ac. Got the same response each time. It's inservicable the coils can't be reached. Grossman was the only company who took the time to come up with a solution and today fixed the issue. Thank you. I will recommend your company to everyone I know hands down. Also the front staff Laura and Donna are both great ladies as well.
