I had AC doctors install a new unit in my house about 7 yrs ago. At first, I thought the unit was installed correctly but I was wrong and only found out the multiple installation issues AFTER the 1yr installation warranty. I called in to report them but was pretty much told that it is after warranty and I had to fix them myself. Those issues have cost me alot of money, time, and aggravation. This is the first negative review that I have ever left so for me to write a negative review, I am beyond frustrated as I have now experienced another issue. I called to get the original invoice and paperwork....still waiting on it.... Spoke with Rachael on the phone and at first she is nice but as soon as she found out that the call was an issue/complaint, her demeanor changed rapidly and she started to blame me. The latest issue was the 10yr warranty (on the unit). I had an issue with my AC recently and wanted paperwork for the 10yr warranty. Well... I do not have a 10yr warranty, only 5 year warranty as my unit was never registered. On AC doctor's website, they stated that they do the registration. Either that is a lie or they simply didnt do mine. I mentioned that to Racheal and she stated that it is still my responsibility to register the unit but I have never received any documents from the install (hence the reason why I was calling in the first place) and she stated that she will have Dave call me. Well, either Dave doesnt care or message was never delivered. So, my AC is out of warranty b/c AC doctors failed to file the warranty and/or failed to provide any documents to me so that I can file for warranty. My advice, stay away or if you insist using AC doctors, plan on spending some money to hire an inspector to inspect the installation when they are done and call your AC manufacturer to ensure that they filed the registration for the warranty. I just spent even more money getting my AC fixed when it should be under warranty. I recommend staying clear.

I have used AC doctors for many years., both at my residences & also my businesses. They are quick to respond to any problem, reasonably priced always friendly & knowledgeable. They explain all options in every situation as well as the cost, so there are no surprises on the bottom line. I have recommended them to many friends, who are very grateful for the excellent service & feel the same way we do. I will never use any other company for my air conditioning needs!

They are very professional, polite and friendly. The techs were patient with me and all my questions. If you report that your air is out they come that day. They worked with me to eliminate all possible causes and determined that a line needed to be replaced. Working with them to schedule the replacement. Will provide an update on the finished product.
Changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars, these guys are consistent in their professionalism and service. My unit had several issues and they responded quickly and got me up and running. I highly recommend them!

Always Fast and Reliable. Dave came out and even though the issue he found wasn't in his purview, he still went above and beyond to get it fixed. Rachel at the front desk is pleasant and knowledgeable, and every one they've sent to help us has done a great job. Good Work, Good Prices, Good People.

David was very professional and most importantly honest. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to replace the blower motor same day. Would use A/C Doctors again.

AC doctors came out and serviced the unit, Dave found 2 issues that could have been catastrophic if not found. He went above and beyond to repair the unit with minimal down time and cost! Highly recommend this company for all of your needs!

A/C Doctors beat the other estimates with a better unit. They installed a carrier performance series unit. It works great and is very quiet. The installers were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated the owner coming by the house to make sure we were satisfied with the install and knew how to operate the new thermostat. You don't get that kind of service with other companies! Do yourself a favor and call A/C Doctors! !!!
