A/C Doctors were great to work with. They replaced my 25 year old A/C system with a York. Everyone from Raechel the office manager, David the owner who did the estimate and Castro who installed the new A/C system were a pleasure to deal with. David answered all my questions and concerns. Included 10 year parts and labor warranty and was still a lot less than the other companies. Also took care of some other items like moving the outside unit to a better location at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!!
This is a follow up review on their service. One day the a/c turned on and lights in my garage started to flicker. Went outside and the unit was making a weird noise. Eventually the compressor shut off and just the fan was running. I called them up first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come that same day. Tech showed up on time, luckily I didn't have to be there as I was working. I called them when I left work and was told that he checked everything out and turned the a/c on and it was working fine and it was most likely just a power surge. Was advised that I needed a new filter which I promptly replaced. It's been a week and still running fine. Thanks for the great service!!

These guys a family owned and operated and always love doing business with the smaller companies! They showed up quick when our AC at my dental office stopped working. They addressed the problem quickly and was able to get us up and cooling. We where told we needed a new unit about 1 1/2yrs ago when they came out then and repaired our unit then as well. We are a business and we had to cancel our afternoon due to the AC. They had it running for us before we started seeing patients the next day but was told they weren't sure how long the repair would last due to the age of the unit. It did last most of that day but we had to cancel again later that day. They came back out and repaired 3 large leaks in the condenser coils and filled us up with gas and said we should be able to operate until a new unit could be installed. I had to get 3 estimates because its a business so that did take a little bit of time but at the end of the day we choose AC Doctors! They where a little bit more then the other 2 estimates but because they got to us so quickly and was able to keep us running so we could operate our dental office, we choose AC Doctors! They had our new unit installed the following week! Thanks David and David Jr.

My AC system was not working well and needed replacement. I looked online for companies with good reviews. I call several and got estimates. AC Doctors had the lowest costs of them all. I researched the York equipment they were using and found good information. I was impressed by it's 10 year parts and labor warranty and by the claims of how quiet it was. I also liked the way David explained all the different aspects of the job. He and his installers were courteous and professional. I chose the Affinity series which is an inverter system with a 20 SEER rating. It is so quiet I didn't hear it running I just heard air flow near the intake vent. I am very happy with my decision to hire AC Doctors and purchase the York Affinity. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional company and staff. Able to easily schedule and have someone come out within a couple of days. Took the time to show me the issues and explain everything in detail. This was a second and much better opinion than the first company that I called.

David and his team are the best! It has been approximately 2 months since my AC was installed. Still smiling! From quote till completion this guys were awesome, professional, dedicated to their craft, honest and completely through in doing a job that would make anyone proud! Rachel you are awesome too!!

It is so difficult to find an HONEST company these days. I am beyond pleased with the service . First, starting with the initial call with Rachel. She listened to my frustrations and provided positive feedback. The owner (apologize forgot his name) came out and did a THOROUGH check on my unit. He did not give up and made sure he knew all was in good condition before coming to a diagnosis. It has been a week with no issues thus far. I plan to utilize this company moving forward and would recommend this company. Please continue to provide great customer service!!

My Moms ac went out on 4th of July. She's 89 with multiple health problems and the heat is very dangerous. The service techs were here early the next day and fixed it fast. Very friendly, neat and professional. Life savers

Use this company if you want honesty. We had multiple companies stop by the house to evaluate our AC system. A/C Doctors was the only honest one. I will give them all my business moving forward.
