Von's Heating and Air

On June 10th my A/C compressor locked up. I called Vons hearing and air and they sent a tech out right away. Mr. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing my A/C unit. Found that the compressor was locked up. He gave me my options and told me the pros and cons of both. I went with getting a whole new unit. Mr. Derek Barr, a GM, called me and started the process with me on financing my new unit. He even drove an hour away to my residence to bring me 2 portable units and installed them in my house to keep my family and I cool until the new unit is installed. The next day Mr. Earnest and his team came out that morning and went to work. They removed the old unit and installed a whole new one in just a few hours. They kept me up to date on what they were doing at all times. They were professional, knowledgeable AND kept the area clean at all times which is very hard to find. I could say a whole lot more about Vons Heating and Air but to keep it simple, I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Bob was an awesome tech!! He was polite, professional, and thorough. It was obvious knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and even exceeded our expectations!! Thanks Bob!!!!

Josh arrived quickly and fixed the issue with our system without delay. We chose to get a UV bulb installed, and we're very satisfied with the results.

I called VON’S Heating and Air early this morning hoping they could fit me in on my tight schedule. They had a Technician out around noon the same day. My technician was David Allen, he did an outstanding job, and I will request David for future AC Service needs.

Mario was our technician and he was super friendly! Very knowledgeable and answered every question we had! Fixed our problem and gave us some information on where to purchase filters for a fair price.

Arrived home yesterday to no a/c. Bob arrived promptly as scheduled with a bright smile and a "can do" attitude. The a/c is now working, and we would gratefully welcome Bob back into our homes for any future repairs. Kudos and thank you!!

Guys were great with install. Gave the best estimate out of all the top 5 companies. Came out and was done within hours. My house is an icebox now! Definitely recommend von.

Von's installed our AC system last year and we were due for maintenance. The service person was extremely kind, professional, quick and explained how to clean and maintain the filter for future reference. Von's should be everyone's first Choice in AC installation, repair and maintenance.

Tyler showed up early and was very professional. He trouble shot the issue and provided a solution. After calling 3 places that did not have an emergency tech, Von’s was the only business that came to help us !!
