I called to get clarification about something that I thought was clarified in the initial call when making the appointment last Friday. I was told that I had to place a credit card on file but when I questioned why because I've never had to do it before I was told that they didn't know I was using beaches habitat. I remember telling a customer service rep that I did tell her that because my initial call was regarding an air filter but she kept telling me I did not several times so I told her that I didn't want to argue and can I speak to the manager please.

When the manager named Amy did get on the phone she immediately told me that it wasn't their responsibility to call Beaches Habitat to see if there is any money in my escrow and that is the homeowner's responsibility. Well, I could see that I was being misunderstood or maybe they thought that I was not being truthful because my initial concern was not about having enough in my escrow to cover the service but getting clarification on why I have to put my credit card on file when I've never had to do it before. I voiced this several times. The only reason I asked if they checked with Beaches Habitat beforehand is to get an understanding as to why they are requesting my credit card.

As I tried to explain the manager Amy would never let me finish any of my sentences and threatened me that they would go ahead and bill beaches habitat but if there is not enough money in my escrow that they are going to put a lien on my home. Not bill me but put a lien on my home. That's when I became very frustrated and I told them that I will report them to the state and to the Better Business Bureau and she told me she didn't care who I told. SMH!

These are some very nasty people over the phone at Florida Air or is it they only like this to a certain kind of demographic. Why would you make threat in this manner. I have proof because I gave permission for my son to record me on the phone. This company's management is rude, lacks professionalism, lacks tact and lacks the ability to handle communicate effectively. The manager could definitely use some professional development/grooming so she can retrain her customer service rep on how to handle calls with quality. I will never do business with them again and anyone who is looking for AC Service I will never refer them.

Wow, I come here to leave a comment and realize I’m not the only one who thinks they have the worst customer service. The girl that answers the phone and then the manager Amy was just as bad. They installed my AC unit and I was happy with the technicians. But they have lost my service for future checkups and repairs. They don’t tell you when you make an appt that if you cancel you will have to pay $85. They tell you the technician will call 30-45 min before they arrive which they don’t, they call when they are at your house. So I wasn’t able to leave work in time to get there to meet him. They want to charge me $85 for this now. Plus they are just rude and nasty on the phone and don’t see that they are anywhere in the wrong. I asked them to waive the $85 bc of this and they told me no. I would have kept using them and they would’ve made plenty of money. The owners should work on who they let talk to customers. Who knows how much business they lose.

The women that work in the office are b******tches!! What incredibly horrible customer service. Nasty and unhelpful. The tech came to our home and recommended a new AC unit, they refused and just wanted to scrape out the mold and put a new coil. Cheap!! Then they refused to let me speak with the tech. These girls are so rude, I couldn't stand one more minute of conversation. Do not ever call this place for anything!!!! I canceled the scheduled service and went with another company. Run!!!

I always was satisfied with FAE technicians work, and so far I didn't make a big deal out of it, that FAE never reminds you as a customer that the AC is due for the 2nd system check as per the maintenance agreement. You as a customer have to keep track of it. FAE only seem to remind you when it comes to payment and renewal of the maintenance plan.

FAE never had an issue to schedule a Saturday appointment for the system checks. Now suddenly it seems to be an issue. Rep. lectured me that I had weekday appointments before and told me that I would get a call back once she checked with the technician. Of course I'm still waiting for the call.....Terrible customer service!

Unfortunately, now it's time to look for a new AC company.

One of the worst service i got. They have sent multiple people to fix my AC issue. Fixed it temporarily and charged almost $300 . My AC still not working . The solution they gave me is to replace the whole Unit. I got another opinion form another vendor , they have mentioned the unit is in perfect condition. Do not recommend these guys , there customer service is also very rude

Whoever was driving this company's van today with license plate CAMG76 was driving in the most disturbing way on Philips Hwy this morning! Riding people's bumpers, zigzag zagging, speeding, etc... This van is advertising for this company as it has its information all over it and its very own employees inside. I now believe this company is run by a bunch of morons because they hire people that can't even drive like law abiding citizens and have no respect whatsoever for other drivers on the road. There are precious cargo in some of these vehicles... Children and babies... They know this and they still do not care... They know they are in the company van.... And they still do not care... I would NEVER recommend or allow people in my home to work on anything of mine who can't even operate a simple vehicle the way it's meant to be operated.... How much worse is it going to be if I allow them to work on my air conditioning??? Are they going to skip important steps to hurry up and finish the job!?!? These people should be ashamed of themselves and totally embarrassed! The only thing there is to do now is pray they don't kill anyone driving the way they do.

Very good service. Fixed some nagging problems from another companies' installation of HVAC system. Highly recommend.
