Tech Jimmy communicated on time on his arrival. Listened to concerns about earlier issues and worked to make sure everything was in order. Explained everything in detail and spent the time necessary to complete the check up call. Very pleased w/his work.

One of the worst service i got. They have sent multiple people to fix my AC issue. Fixed it temporarily and charged almost $300 . My AC still not working . The answer they gave me is to replace the whole Unit. I got another opinion form another vendor Cool R Us Inc. they have mentioned the unit is in perfect condition. Do not recommend Florida Air, there customer service is also very rude
Look at their 3.6 rating compare to Cool R Us inc.4.9 rating.
Don't do bussines with them..avoid at all cost .

Great experience. Spent a fair amount of time fixing filters, cleaning ducts and normalizing temperature all over the house

Florida Air Service is by far the best heating and cooling company that I have ever used. They are responsive day and night. They helped me work through a problem with my builder when my new AC unit was not capable of cooling my house. Florida AC diagnosed the problem and installed a larger until for my new house. I am so impressed with their owner, installers, trouble shooters and office staff. Anyone looking for an excellent AC company should contact Florida Air Service and Engineering!

New management is horrible, Stay clear of this company, bring back the other service manager and others. Service has gone way down.

We have been using Florida Air for our all of our air conditioning needs since 2011. We have vacation condos and we can call them any time (day or night) and they send a technician to our property as quickly as possible. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, and they resolved a situation with one townhouse where the upstairs was warmer than the downstairs (and at a reasonable cost!) The repairs can’t always be done immediately, but we always feel they try their best to keep us, our friends and guests cool. We recommend them!

They have always been there to help my family out in our times of need. They have help three different times with my home AC, the first time they came out to help me with a pump I put in that was not working and help me get it up and running. Next they came out when my whole AC Unit stopped working out of no where. They never pushed me into repairing or replacing the unit they always sighed things I could do and what I could do to fix it before they stepped in. The last time they came out they found a problem I never knew my unit could have which caused it to need it to be replaced and not once did they say I had to go with their company if I wanted to get it fixed. They are always there when I need them with just a quick text or call and they usually get back to me as soon as they can. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to see what is wrong with their units or are looking to replace their unit with a new one, they are quick and efficient they took out my unit and installed a new one all in one day and got cold air back into my house for my two young children. They are lifesavers and are highly recommended from me.
