Northern Air Inc. is a great company with a fantastic reputation. At one point during the recent installation of external (Carrier compressor) and internal (air handling unit) systems I had the whole family at my home pitching in to ensure everything was going as planned. I noted excellent attention to details skills as I monitored their progress. Their follow-up after the installation was outstanding as well (i.e., ensuring I had proper vents, filters, etc.). Great job Northern Air, Inc family!

Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism from Garland and his crew. Had all my ducts removed and replaced and the difference in air flow is incredible. Garland is incredibly knowledgeable and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a great price.

My contractor used Northern Air to install a new A/C unit when he built an addition on to the back of my home. I use their service yearly and am always pleased with the professionals that are sent and it is important to support both Garland and Bonnie's small business.

They gave an estimate and then never followed up. While I absolutely understand that there were extenuating circumstance is with hurricane Irma, it took me three times to leave messages to finally get a call back. And when my job is finally scheduled, they never showed . When I texted the female who Fields the calls, asking where they were (as I missed a funeral that morning so I could be there for the job)she told me basically that she had misjudged the job that needed to be done and would have to reschedule. This was AFTER the time slot in which they were supposed to arrive. I asked her why she did not call me and let me know ahead of time, and that I was very upset since I missed a funeral in order to be there, she did not apologize. Instead, she told me that since I'm a doctor she sure that I have canceled on patients and had to change things around at the last minute with patients . This was completely inappropriate, and I explained that all she had to do was let me know early on that this wasn't going to work on that day. Then she complained that she didn't have her secretary on that day and that she was in a meeting. I find this very inappropriate and I was very upset. When I expressed that, she went on to tell me about how as a doctor I should understand. How one thing has to do with the other, I have no idea? But I would highly recommend you all to use somebody different than this business . Completely unprofessional from start to finish .

Northern Air has always been there for us, whether walking us through steps over the phone or coming out on a Sunday, like today. Ryan is wonderful!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, very nice and professional! He got us up and running in no time!! Thank you!!

My father purchased a new unit from, Northern Air years ago and to this day every service and yearly inspection have all gone flawless. Garland and crew are always professional and on time every time.

We had our AC moved from the side of the house to the back and serviced, everything was done prompt and professional the work was very clean left me very impressed. Beware of this company! I bought what was suppose to be. new air conditioning unit, turned out to be used and missing a serial number. Every company that comes to the house to service the unit is amazed how old and used it is, even when I show them the purchase receipt. Do not use them, corrupt.

When I called for my AC problem I received a quick response and a technician was dispatched quickly. The work was completed as soon as possible and expertly done. I am happy with the service I received and recommend them to anyone needing AC service.
