The team at South Florida Crane and Cooling completed a very professional, high-quality, and rapid AC repair for us. This means a lot, especially in S. FL where the AC system is running year round. At the start of our AC issues, the team dispatched rapidly, identified the issue very quickly, and procured the necessary parts in a timely manner. During the actual repair (Compressor unit), the team was very thorough, organized, and again very quick. It is great to know that we have such a great team and professional business here in South Florida! Thank you all very much!

My wife and I travel down to our Florida home quite regularly. Our Nest thermometer notified us that our system wasn't cooling properly. I knew it was on its last leg so I called around to get pricing for a new unit. All of the companies I called didn't compete with pricing or warranty. While talking to the owner, Damien, over the phone l could tell he was an honest and reliable business man. Conventionally, I was flying down in two days and I asked if he could install out new AC systems then. He said it wouldn't be a problem. Damien showed up on time. Him and his tech did a phenomenal job. He went out of his way to show us, on a camera, the mold that was growing in our ducts. He offered to clean all the ducts and would put in a UV light. My wife and our two new additions to our family and ensuring air quality and cooling is essential. We are all breathing well and keeping cool with our new systems that South Florida Crane and Cooling installed. ---Also, we have a 10 year labor warranty on it!!

Damien from South Florida Crane And Cooling arrived less than 24 hours after being called to fix our primary AC system. He was polite, friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. There's only good things to say about our experience and I am very happy to have access to a great small business from the Stuart area.

Damien is outstanding. He explained everything. He installed my entire AC unit by himself. He could have asked to wait one day until he had help but he didn’t. That type of dedicated customer service is extremely rare. I will never use any other AC company.

South Florida Crane and Cooling installed a new York A/C system, along with a new thermostat. Installation was done quickly , professionally and was completed in less then a day. Unfortunately they had to return and install a new thermostat, as the old one was not functioning correctly with the new A/C unit. Had to call them to come back again because apparently the schrader value was damage during installation and Freon was leaking. All through the above the A/C was working and cooling the house. The company was very responsive to my calls and corrected everything. I would definitely recommend and use them again myself.

We had a unit installed one year ago this month. Since that time it has stopped working on four different occasions. We have had three different AC repairman look at the unit. They all came to the same conclusion that the installation was done poorly which has caused the problem with our AC not working four times in the past year. Disappointed with this company's service is the nicest way to put it.

Amended:
We have never called you at 11pm on a Sunday night. Nor have we "demanded" you come out immediately. We have called you three times in the past year all during the weekday all at 5 or 6pm. Somehow you always seem to be on vacation. Happy to share phone records. Also happy to share photos of the installation for your website. I don't write reviews lightly but you have cost my family a significant amount of money and time with no AC while I have infants in the house. Not fair to us.
