    Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! The technician was rude and quick to complain about everything. He made it clear that South Florida Crane and Cooling hated dealing with AHS customers. He was very inexperienced, and it was obvious. Constantly reading directions and inevitably put the blower motor in wrong. There was an obvious noise when it was finally turned on three hours later. He had no clue what it, no idea how to fix it, and no interest in trying. I called back for a follow up two weeks later and requested a different technician, explaining to the owner my experience and the noise the unit was still making. He denied my request, telling me that was the only tech I could get. He told me if I didn't like it, I could call another company—Wow! Unfortunately, the same technician returned and was even ruder than the first time. Totally disrespectful in his tone and acted like he hated to be there. I could hear him from another room banging on the unit with what sounded like a hammer. After ten minutes of banging and cussing under his breath, he yelled, "Sir, it's fixed." When I asked him what had caused the noise, he claimed he had no idea. And even worse, he had no idea what he had done to get rid of it.
    Unprofessional, inexperienced, and a horrible attitude! The pure definition of "Bad Customer Service".

    We have contacted this company twice for AC and heather issues and in both opportunities they have been assertive, on time and have answer on time. I will continue working with them and have already recommend them to our family and friends.

    South Florida Crane and Cooling is on top of their game! It was time to replace my original A/C Unit that kept costing me hundreds of dollars every other month for new parts.

    After 13 years, it was time for a total replacement. I called Damien and received an email estimate for an entire new system while discussing this replacement. The price was exactly what I budgeted for without telling him.

    Within minutes, he confirmed his inventory and availability to replace my non-working air conditioning unit around my busy schedule. Replacement and new installation was completed on the date and on time.

    The new A/C system was high quality and all my questions were answered without delay. My family and I are very appreciative of now living normally with air conditioning purchased and installed by South Florida Crane and Cooling. Thank you for everything!

    South Florida Crane and Cooling was once again to my rescue. This has been a rough summer for my older system and I have an AHS warranty program. Robert, who was so helpful and efficient the last time, came out not sure if it was related to last repair. It wasn’t but they had to get guidance from the warranty program before proceeding to fix. I am still dealing with a health issue and had been in a 100+ degree house for over 24 hours. Robert came back. They had an opening in their schedule and he said he couldn’t leave me in that heat any longer. I was so thankful to him and his office for getting back to me and fixing the system. I highly recommend them and Robert for the service they provide.

    Tech showed as scheduled to repair AC unit which was not working for 5.5. days. Very knowledgeable tech - found the issue within minutes of arrival. Clearly explained the problem and repair procedure. He performed the repair, tested the unit and made sure the system was 100% operational before leaving. Tech was very knowledgable and made sure all was well. He did a quick check of the 2nd A/C system to be sure additional issues were not present. I would use this company again an have no issue in recommending them to others.

    We had a problem with our system and Damien was quick to respond and identify the cause of the issues we were having. He offered us several options as to the best way to resolve our problem with various pricing options. Once we decided on the option Damien was quick to schedule the installation of our new unit, and keep us posted on the shipping of the new unit. Robert, the installer was knowledgeable and neat. The company has a nice system to advise you of your appointments and they are on time. Our New York A/C system is so efficient and quiet and we love the Halo and UV light keeping our allergies in check.

    The technician that came was very good and repaired our unit; however, I'm only giving 2 stars because the unit stopped working again only 6 days later and it was impossible to get in touch with the company. They only have an answering machine, and the machine was full so it wasn't possible to leave a message. I had the technician's cell number and left him a message directly, but never received a call back.
