AirOne Cooling and Heating

My 2018 air-condition still under guarantee didn't cool anymore and needed attention. They said that they will come to my place between 10 and 12 . The business owner came out with a trainee at 10.00 AM The owner explained the process of testing etc to the Trainee in all details. An misunderstanding between me and the owner about what my responsibilities were let me write an unfair rating of the company. I am now very happy with the job they have done. The way the owner trains new employees gives me confident to stay with this company.

You can’t get any better than Jeff and his crew. Jeff takes great care of his customers and right from the start he treats you family. Any AC problems you have he jumps on it, usually personally, and gets the problem fixed in no time. There is no way you would ever want to use any other company for your HVAC needs.

Air One was amazing. From the first call, they were responsive, friendly and thorough. We scheduled an initial appointment that was prompt and informative. Jeff and I discussed the work I needed and the timeline to get it done. We scheduled an appointment and they were right on time. Each appointment was preceded with a text message informing me of the eta. All work was done well and in the time line quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Air One has exceeded my expectations! Their staff is polite, punctual & professional AND the prices are incredible. They also use texts to send appointment reminders, arrival times & sending receipts which I really love. Before my friend referred me to AirOne I contacted another local company to schedule my maintenance and was told "we don't like doing maintenance when it's this hot out, but they will look for availability, I waited a week and nobody called me back" I'm happy they didn't because I wouldn't have been introduced to this incredible company!!
