Platt's Air Conditioning

Today was the third time that I use this company and I have been very happy every time I have used them. They do not try to upsell and they have excellent technicians. They did a very comprehensive job and fixed my ac at a reasonable price

No AC in THIS WEATHER! 90'S DURING THE DAY - OVER 101 HEAT INDEX AND HUMIDITY OVER 80% DAILY.
Joey was out on time to our condo this morning. We have had an ongoing problem with AC "backing up" and not dripping outside. We have had someone out before and they seemed to just put a bandaid on the problem. Joey went above and beyond to identify what was happening over and over and completely took care of it. He explained very well how to prevent this from happening in the future. Joey deserves a big raise.

Moved into a new (older) home. Platt's was recommended by a roofing contractor. The service tech was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was here for a very long time, answered every question and checked out our system at length. When it was time to pay the bill, I questioned the amount, as I had expected it to be twice what it was.
