We have been using Platt's for years and they are always efficient and truthful! Joey is the best! He gets the job done and knows what he is doing which is rare these days, plus he's super nice! We appreciate y'all!

They are not very transparent with their pricing. They came out to evaluate my broken AC with no mention of a fee, and six months later I get a bill for $120 for NOT fixing my AC.

I had a problem with my AC not blowing cold. Initially, I called another local company 2 weeks ago and they failed to diagnose the problem. "It's hot outside". Nonsense.

My electric bill exploded to $350 in August because of the problem. I called Platt's today and they sent a tech over within an hour. Dalton was professional and polite but most importantly, skilled enough to diagnose the problem before even turning a wrench. Sure enough he was right; the heater was running with the AC and pulling a lot of electricity. The result? No cold air and a huge electric bill. He fixed the problem within minutes and only charged me the service fee. I will use this company from now on and spread the word. I suggest you use them also.
