Everyone who I have spoken with who has used Temperature Pros of Orlando has been thoroughly pleased with them. The owner, Linda, has been so helpful with my questions about AC. It's a tough industry to be in, especially during the last few years, but I admire how Linda is very communicative about the entire process, supply, and follow up. Great service! No call too small... and I appreciate that.

Temperature Pro installed a new HVAC unit in my home in September of 2019 when I first moved to FL. I waited until now to give a review because I wanted to see how well they stood by their product / service over the long term. During that time they have honored the manufacturer & labor warranty when needed, have responded to my email on a weekend, kept their promised appointments on time & have been very helpful in general. Their technicians even take the time to explain maintenance tips I can do on my own to extend the life of my unit. Would definitely recommend.

Linda and angel were awesome !!!! Linda understood my urgency and helped me to get an appointment on the same day , she had to work on the team schedule to get an appointment. Angel was really awesome, he troubleshooted and fixed the issue . He explained to me what was going and was persistent to find out what was going as the intial fix did not do the trick.

Once again, Linda came to my rescue and sent Rodrigo to make everything right again. He didn't just arrive on time, he arrived early and had identified the problem, and replaced the part, completing the repair before the expected arrival time. We all know that living in Florida when your a/c goes out is a bit like finding yourself in a horror movie, and these two professionals turned out to be the heroes that made everything feel safe and comforting again. Ever so grateful for their good care.

TemeraturePro is THE BEST A/C SERVICE we've ever used.

All their technicians are polite, professional, knowledgeable. They take their time and will even explain to you how they are repairing the issue you are having. Linda is a delight to work with - she completely understands the frantic urgency one feels when their A/C is on the fritz, and she handles this with the utmost understanding and professionalism.

Although I don't look forward to my A/C failing, I know that when I call TemperaturePro, it will be fixed promptly, correctly, and at a fair price. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
