Slowest most unorganized supply house ever created. And to boot it is the local hub so you have no choice but to go there.

This is the worst company that I have worked with after my 20 years of experience. I waited 6 hours for them to unload me and handle their rude behavior from the current supervisor. He had no respect towards me nor towards my dispatches who tried to talk to him. I was there 40 minutes early to my appointment and waited that long. What happens if you are late? I'm sorry that I have to tell everyone this, but stay away from this company. If I could I would give you zero stars.

The worst HVAC supply house in all of Orlando. Calling this branch is an act in futility because a human being never actually picks up the phone. If you choose to have them call you back you could wait until you’re old and gray before getting a call back because I still haven’t received a callback after multiple attempts. Going to the branch is just infuriating. After standing online at the counter then you have to wait over an hour in the warehouse for them to get your items. The fact that one employee has to scan every single item that’s exiting the warehouse is a complete bottleneck in service flow. I’m still wondering How do you carry pulleys and shafts but not stock the keyway that makes these two parts work together? Absolutely ludicrous!

I had to drive to this location from tampa and before I even started this hour plus trip my parts manager called to stage my pick up. I got there and turned in my order, they then told me they had to find it, which by itself is bs since they had over an hour to stage it. Then I'm waiting In a line of trucks to get my order and different co.mpaines that got here AFTER me got their stuff first. So if I had a choice I would never ever come to this lazy unprofessional location. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would

This is the slowest supply house in Florida ! All employees are slow as a turtle , all they do is talk with their buddies . My company looses a lot of money waiting on carrier to bring out parts and equipment ! I don’t like wasting my time!

We love our team at Carrier Johnny and Joan and all the others. They always offer superior customer services to me and my HVAC business over the last decade! Service is very slow. Be prepared to spend a couple hundred in labor to stand around waiting to pick up your ordered while the drivers are standing around gossiping.

Brand new warehouse. They were all friendly and helpful and most importantly fast and efficient.

Friendly and professional people quick to unload and they allow you to park in the street before and after your appointment

No matter the time of day you call to check on parts availability there's never an answer. One person behind the counter who's having lunch and looks annoyed for showing up to purchase parts.
