On Wednesday November 23, 2022, my A/C stopped working. I called Blue Air Cooling and Heating’s owner Eddie who agreed to come right after he finished his current job. Upon his arrival, he quickly found the problem and discussed the result of his diagnosis with me. He also provided me the estimated cost to repair (parts and labor). Since next day is Thanksgiving day, instead of performing the repair next day, Eddie stayed late and finished the repair since he wanted me have a functioning A/C system on Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, I found Eddie very knowledgeable and his service charge very reasonable. He was very patient when I asked him the root cause of the problem. He also provided me some recommendations for future maintenance. I will definitely use his service going forward. In addition, I will recommend this HVAC repair company to my neighbors and friends.

If you want something done right, use this company! They were very professional and are experts in their craft. They were called out and installed a new ac unit in my house the same day! They kept me updated the whole time and showed up right on time. Thank you again!

I can't thank Eddy enough. My AC broke one day and I started making phone calls. Every person that replied spoke a language I didn't. I don't know anything anything about air conditioning systems but Eddy was like an angel sent from God. He quickly answered all my questions to the point that I felt like a pro. He sent Gabriel to install a temporary AC while we worked out what was best for me. I did not hesitate to give Eddy my money and it was the best decision I every made. I have paid for a lot of things in my life but with Eddy it's one of the few purchases where I feel proud of the money I spent. I brag to my friends and family about my AC guy!!!
