Great experience. My A/C died overnight. I called first thing in the morning at 7:00 a.m. when they opened and a technician was at my house by 10:00 a.m. They gave me a heads-up call that they were on the way. The technician was very nice - he walked me through how he identified the issue and showed me the part that failed. The pricing seemed market-competitive. Overall would definitely recommend.
Well for starters we called a In october and had a tech come in who replaced our heating element. His service was great very friendly and efficient and we were very happy with his work. Unfortunately since the heating element was replaced my A/C began blowing only hot air. Once was so extreme that the house was 100 inside. We decided to call again and had a second tech come in to take a look at the problem he took it upon himself to do what he had to do to fix the A/C without warning us of upcharges and we ended up paying $100 more than what we were told. It's been about 5 weeks and the problem began again and these people give 0 guaranty. We are being told we have to pay again for a problem we payed for already and was never solved. Some techs might be good but not all and the customer service is poor.
Up charge for a capacitor is ridiculous paid 228 dollars to get one replaced the part cost like 15 dollars on Amazon install takes less than 10 minutes. Will never use them again wish I knew what was wrong could have fixed it myself for like 20 bucks. I can understand 100 to 150 for time and contractor fees but 228 dollars is ridiculous.
Brad was on time and very efficient and friendly. He checked both our units and even fixed a hole in our actic to give us better efficiency with our unit.
Worst. If they had - rating i would have gave them that too. Ordered 2 brand new compressors on thursday and still A/C wasn't working. Asked the guy when it will cool down, the guy tells me it should be cool in couple of hours. Result . Still no A/C for rest of the weekend. B/c they ordered the wrong part(or got the wrong part). So you make the mistake and i had to suffer for the Whole WEEKEND. If you couldn't fulfill the JOB why do you take one? If the A/C or the part was wrong at your company's Air Condition it would have been fixed on that particular day, u wouldn't have suffer the whole weekend without A/C. And Don't make any other customer suffer like you made us suffer. And fix it ASAP .

Recently had bad compressor on 16 year old heat pump system.Since energy cost had gone up for last 3 years.Wife and I decided to replace system,Pat gave us some options, We decided to buy 17 seer Daikin fit heat pump system with air cleaner and air purification system.New system very quiet,controls Humidity very well.And energy usage declined already, Smart one thermostat thru app very easy to use.Very satisfied with operation and comfort of new replacement.
