    I believe when a company provides excellent service they should be acknowledged and commended on it. Currently the temperatures outside have been dropping into freezing range. Having said that you can imagine my stress coming home late afternoon with an infant and realizing the heat is not working. Once we reached out to the company they understood the urgency of the situation and sent someone out that night, despite it being late. We had the pleasure of having John the technician come out. He not only fixed the issue but was courteous, professional and explained what went wrong in a relatable and understandable manner. I am more than pleased and grateful for with the company's and his service.

    Navin is the man! Just had my yearly, system they installed is running perfectly 5 years later. My house is never more than 72 degrees. Airology is so detailed in their service. I never have to worry about my a/c. You can contact me on Facebook joshbeardownturner. Even the yearly exam is in depth and worth the investment. I cannot Express how much airology has taken care of me in this post, and I'm a regulal guy that likes a cold house when I get home from my lawn route. If you want 70, call airology.

    K and Andrew just did an install for us and froM beginning to end they were not only professional but kind, courteous and efficient. These men did not stop working through this 93+ degree heat. They answered any questions we(or our very curious kids) had. Nothing but positive things to say about them and Airology!     5 STAR is the only way to describe the outstanding service you will receive from AIRology Heating & Cooling. As a Real Estate Broker/Owner in the Orlando area for over 20 years, I have never worked with another company that is more professional, responsive and reasonably priced. They truly understand the meaning of a "superior customer experience". After a home inspection last Friday, I needed a pressure check and service by Monday morning to meet the terms of a contract. AIROlogy showed up at the scheduled time, performed the service work as requested, and allowed me to meet my contract deadline.     We used their services twice, once back in 2017 on a Saturday (an emergency call) and once again last Friday, on a different home. I have to say, one more time, their service was excellent! I will have no doubts to call them again whenever I have an issue with an AC!

    When my a.c. quit working I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would have to spend a bunch of money to get it fixed. I'm so glad I called airology not only was there technician knowledgeable but their prices were amazing ,and my a.c. was fixed the same day I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have a.c. work done.

    Very polite technicians. They came to my house two times. Tried their best. Did the same thing on both times. Jenny was the person who would answer my calls, the person who I talked the first time when I asked for the service. The second time I called was to report that the problem persisted. The third time I called was to say that the problem persisted. Then she said they couldn't do anything else about it. I told them it could be a pitch problem, thru some experience I've had with the same unit, before they started. Then they tell me the problem is the pItch, but they can not fix it. Maybe some miscommunication happened. I am sure the problem is still here. Anyone knows anybody who could fix it?
