This is evidently the Darnell standard of business. After 5 years of no issues, I decided to call Darnell for a handler cleaning and maintenance. Not even 5 full days after their visit, my entire handler froze up, literally. Darnell advised my blower fan and circuit board had been fried. They charged me another $115 trip fee 5 DAYS AFTER THEIR ORIGINAL VISIT! Super suspicious that all of a sudden my handler started breaking down after years of flawless performance. They had zero empathy and refused to work with me on cost. I hope $115 was worth my continual business.

Paid 1500.00...for repair on a compressor that was under warranty in January...come June I see my ac isn't cooling call back they say they can come check it out for another 95.00...and gave some me some bull...didnt do that...already felt taken for a ride...now here I am with COVID-19 my house is over 80o...and I'm stuck...☹️

My fan on my A/C unit went out about a week ago with all the cold weather. Called two other companies, one couldn't get out for a week, the other never called back. Called Darnell's on Thursday and they came out Friday. They arrived right on time and had the problem fixed within about 10 minutes. They also saw an additional problem which they repaired while here, all for a great price. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. They will be my go-to A/C people from now on!

Clint came out, and his service was outstanding. He was able to diagnose our 7-8 yr old system's problem to a defective coil. About $800 later, we had heat and air conditioning again. The original installer (McGowans) has gone through ownership changes... Fair enough, as they didn't do a good job back in 2007-8... However the current owner's service man told us we needed a new unit... 5K vs. $800...

Not to dwell on McGowan's, but we were so pleased with Darnell's service, they are now my first choice.

Called and was pleased when they said they could come out the next morning. I had been trying to figure out why suddenly my ac unit had stopped working and going nuts not being able to figure it out. Well they figured it out in 30 seconds, and in 15 minutes I was loving life again. I will be calling them for now on.

We bought our system from Darnell. Very happy with system & service. Would reccomend if you are looking to replace ac / heating unit.

JD has came out ttwice ..Borh times he fixed my unit quickly and reasonable prices . I will continue to use them . Thanks JD .

Repair of AC unit was completed within 1 hour of a service call, excellent service in a timely manner
