They came promptly and cleaned my dryer vent. The gentleman pointed out I had a gap in my vent and he fixed it for me. The best part for me was when he pointed out that I had a hole going into our house where the HVAC guys failed to put foam. luckily he caught this for me before a mouse comes to visit!
