THE COMPANY IS A CON! The next morning at 7:30, he was supposed to arrive to fix the issue with the air conditioner, but he arrived late. And i feel they just pretended to repair the unit as it was completely dead afterwards!

This firm was contacted by my sister to put CFC gas in her air conditioner. My sister denied the excessively outrageous quote from the supervisor who answered the phone, but they kept calling and pressuring her to utilize their service. After all, she blocked them.

After 13 days, the company's staff delivered the air conditioner to my friend which he bought from them, but he refused to take it since he had installed the AC with another excellent service.

Both Parker and his team are valuable. He picks up the phone quickly. The external compressor part was repaired; thus the air conditioner is now working. Incredibly genuine and trustworthy. The opportunity to work with this company again was a pleasant surprise. Was very polite and well-mannered.

The service from Trainor Air Conditioning Inc. was outstanding. Outstanding technician. He was skilled in responding to their customer's demands. My air conditioning system was installed and maintained superbly by him.

Awful service, they installed a new AC, but after two weeks, it started blowing hot air or maybe had a gas leak. What the hell with this company? Totally unprofessional!

Refrain from using Trainor Air Conditioning Company’s services; They have a big team of technicians who are all unprofessional and careless. Fraud!

I read reviews online about this company, but still decided to give them a try. My a/c was not getting cool and then all of a sudden stop working, I called this company on a Monday morning and spoke with Daniel who had a technician to my residence quickly. Dan the technician was very professional and efficient, he did everything he could to make sure I had a/c, as well as receiving the best prices on parts. I was very impressed with the great customer service provided. Reviews online can not always be trusted. Thanks Dan and Trainor A/C.
