My AC went out and it was an old unit costly to repair. Roly that works there gave me all my options, and pricing. He got in a unit within less than 48 hours it was installed. I recommend this company, efficient and priced accordingly.

We have called Oscar air for the same thing multiple times. Each time they come look at the unit (3-year old AC unit), they just reset something on the small screen and charge us $150. There's something else wrong with the unit because each time they do this, it stops working again in about 10 to 15 minutes. When we told them this, they said to just call them again to reset it for $150. They never bothered to investigate what the systemic issue is, so our problem is never resolved.
I don't think anyone can afford to pay $150 every 10 minutes perpetually to have AC on.

My AC Stopped Working and they did Showed Up next Day However The Fan Motor Needed Replacement and the Tech also said the heater was Damaged ( don't know how he came up with that diagnose if he couldn't test the heater ) Tech said he may have the Part in the warehouse But when he called his office, they told him to not waste time and go to the next call. I was told they would be in touch with me. So I was left with no AC and no further information, suffering with the Miami heat with a family of 4; This was on a Friday and when I called on Monday they still had no information. Waited until Wed and had to call another Company; The Guy Came in, Replace the Fan Motor on the Spot and even told me, they shouldn't have messed up with the heater!! ONE WEEK AND A HALF LATER THEY CALL ME TO FIX MY AC. Do Not Use this Company, Non Professionals, In Humane to leave us W/O AC and not even providing alternatives.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have an incident with a man in this company's truck. I can't say if it was the owner or not. He was extremely rude and literally almost hit me by bullying into place at a drive thru in Doral. This type of behavior is only a reflection of the type of person this was, truly not a gentlemen. I would never even contemplate having them do any work for me. Reading all the reviews, I think I am not the only one that has come across this arrogant personality.

I called them to schedule an appointment to check my AC system. They told me they would be here today at 9:30 am. I am still waiting and have not received a call in regards to my appointment as of yet. Why should I keep calling you about an appointment that I have to pay for.

Our experience with them was great. From quoting the job for our rental property till them completing the job. i would recommend them every time.

Replace coil system inside my Rheem air handler. We was told it could take 5 to 10 day to get the part from the manufacture due to the pandemic. They made it happen in 1 day. 👍🏿
