Excellent service related issues on 2 of my 15 year old Trane A/C Units. My service included a coil clean, replacing supply duct flex, removing and replacing entire foam insulation on both my systems copper refrigeration lines, replacing my outside line cover and sealing openings, and replacing my old corroded drain pan under my heavy Trane unit in a very tight space in my attic. Everything was done perfectly to my satisfaction. Best A/C service experience ever. Great quality work for a fair price. Very detail oriented on all work performed. Highest recommendation! BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! You can imagine having your AC broken during the hottest months of the year would be a nightmare which is what happened to me. But they fixed my AC with no problem and quality service. I would definitely use them in the future if i ever have troubles again.

This company will rip you off, horrible customer services, all they want is money. The technician Marcus is a LIAR he switched the cables on my ac unit to burn the blower motor so he could get more money from me which he asked for $600. I quickly called another company and the technician was able to fix my a/c for less than $50. I only gave this company 1 star which they do NOT deserve but i want to ensure that people that use this company are aware of their scams to make money. BUYER BEWARE!!

This was an amazing services. I will recommend them 100%, we bought a new house after 2 weeks we moved in AC system stop cooling with all this frustrated situation I Google the closer AC Company I reviewed all comments and I decided to call them I made the best choice. Guisan AC did an excellent job at my rental property I called on a Sunday and were there with in the hour to fix the AC . Guisan AC was reliable, quick response time and excellent service. The price was great for service provided and even went above and beyond by not charging me for a fan that need to be replaced. Moving forward Guisan AC would be my go to AC guy. Would highly recommend Guisan AC to anyone.

I called late the night before and Marco was able to come out the next day with an assistant to resolve the issue.He was very professional:on time, explained the issue thoroughly, and proceeded with the work after approval.I would highly recommend their services.

Do not get fooled when you see a high average star rating, be aware every body eventually it will come out as an average, not the best or the worse, if you can get a referral from a real friend take that instead. When the tech guy showed up, he pulled out a fuse, then switch the contact . And oiled the fan. $320.00 . 4 hours later the same problem happens, now he tells me that I need to replace the fan..... $450.00, if it wasn’t fix right the first time , where is your ethics? So add it and is going to be $770.00 for the original problem, Great service guys

The secretary was very polite in setting my appointment, also the technician that came to do my AC maintenance was on time and seemed very experienced. I would definitely give them a call for any HVAC needs.

They used to be good. They're supposed to be 24/7 but now that our 3yr old AC that they installed is dead, they are not answering their phone and they stopped responding in the chat.
