Shady tactics by the guy who came to my house. When I called, I qas told if I needed a coil clean it could be done at that time. I was told between 7-8am. Guy showed up at 8:30, and he agrees I need a coild clean. But tells me he cant do it now he has another job and will be back at 930. What the heck?? So then he tells me he can show up this morning between 7-8am. I say ok, because they had positive company reviews. He showed up at 9:15 and says in Spanish ," so, are we doing this today", I asked him if he could check the freon level before the cleaning, and he says "no", I ask well how much is each lb of Freon and he says every lb is $75. Talk about ripoff. Maybe other techs are good, but the guy who came today was a total ripoff, rude, and inconsiderate. I decided to wait for anothe company rather that this company.

Called Monday to make an appointment for my AC service to get maintenance, the lady I spoke with said the tech would be out between 2:30 to 3:30 pm.... at 4:30 nothing, so I called and no one picked up. Very Miami thing to do

The Technician (Marco) was perfect. He diagnosed the problem within a minute and recommended the appropriate maintenance.

I had my coils replaced and they are going to come back to check how it's cooling when the temperature warms up. I had a slight problem after the coil replacement but they came out right away, it was something very minor.
