I needed the booster fan on my dryer fixed and the ventilation hose attached. The service person stayed in contact with me for arrival, and they got the job done quickly. Will use again in the future!
Have gotten two jobs done with these guys. Chris which I think may have been the owners son was the one to do both jobs, or organize it. One was fine but the other was recommended a replacement of an older unit with another refurbed unit. That unit is now spilling all over the place, a year later.
Will not use Dade appliance again- I used another company recently and their service was outstanding and price more competitive.
If you are looking for a serious company, that stand a 100% on the warranties promises, DADE APPLIANCES is the one, Great service, fast response, on time. I highly recommend them!
Call them Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon Tony came out and looked at our 28-year-old obsolete central air conditioning. Gave a great price and said work would be done on Saturday. Crew came out 10:00 a.m. very thoroughly remove the old system and installed the new one. we were cool again by 4:00 p.m. . Simply outstanding!
My experience now twice with Dade Appliance has been great Tony the owner is very responsive and professional. Joseph and his helper (did not get the name) were efficient, knowledgable and carefull and cleaned up after themselves. Great company with great employees, that do a great job!
I have been dealing both as a contractor and customer with Dade Appliance and AC for about 30 yrs. This long term business relationship has been characterized on their part by reliable, responsive, consistent, professional service. I highly recommend this company.
If I could give this company zero stars, I totally would. We first started using them almost 10 years ago when we first acquired our condo, although many times their service wasn’t timely or the prices right. Nevertheless, we continued to trust their help and were too lazy to find someone better. They must have serviced us 10-15 times during the years without any major issue. Fast forward to now, having recently moved to another condo and undergoing the current situation of COVID-19 like everyone else. We are now renting, not owning, and called in last Friday because of an issue with our washer/dryer. We scheduled an appointment for the next available date, which later had to be postponed for lack of reply from our landlord as per our rental contract (with more than 24 hours notice to the company). We then later had to cancel the appointment altogether since our landlord did not approve of the company, unfortunately, and asked us to use another - which we did cancel verbally with Dade App as soon as we heard. That same day, our dryer blew out and flooded our apartment, at which point we decided to pay for the repair ourselves and called the company back, with a clear sense of urgency given the water running through our floor. Not only did they DENY servicing our unit, but the administrative representative, Susie, proceeded to call us back 5 more times (leaving 2 voicemails as well) to let us know how they would not be providing us services EVER again. I am not only very surprised from their denial of service, especially with a clear emergency and during a freaking pandemic, but frankly appalled and deeply bothered by the amount of phone calls we received and the arguments they kept trying to push down our throats as to why we had to find another company to work with moving forward. Honestly, I wouldn’t dream of recommending this company to anyone else, unless you enjoy subpar service with a side of harassment.
We have used the services of Dade Appliances for many many years and have recommended them to many persons. They are very capable and experienced and have never tried to overcharge. Tony the owner has always been courteous and truthful. We recommend them highly.
My dryer broke and they came out the next day and convinced me it was wiser to replace it with a newer more sophisticated model than dump money in an old model.
We previously used other big box repair companies and that will never happen in the future.
If I could give ZERO STARS to this "service" company, I WOULD. The guy that came to fix my AC ended up charging me $45 to replace two batteries on my AC unit panel. He said this $45 charge was at a 50% discount because they normally charge $90. The worst part? He had been here just a week prior to fix my entire AC unit. SO HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS COMING HERE TO DO. As it was specified to him the panel read LO. Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills. Highly DO NOT recommend that you call this place if you need them to fix your air conditioning.
