Our AC was limping along for several months. Called Copasetic based on a referral. A technician showed up the next day and determined that our 14 year old unit was a goner. We knew that and were putting off the inevitable. After taking measurements and determining we needed another 1/2 ton capacity, we decided to replace instead of just putting another bandaid on. The problem was that we live in an old home with limited space for a bigger unit. No problem. Copasetic was able to find an air handler that fit into our space.

It was just a couple days between ordering and install. The technicians showed up ON TIME on the day of install and worked tirelessly through the job. I have a little bit of construction experience and can identify attention to detail. These guys are masters of detail. In the small space that we have for the inside air handler, they made it work and were meticulous.

Finding honest, reliable, and qualified tradesmen in the area is sometimes difficult. Copasetic is all of the above and more.

I called Yuni with my a/c issue and he responded promptly. Within an hour he sent Luis to assess the issue. Luis was very professional, punctual, and efficient. He ordered the part and within the hour he replaced and it was complete. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. They are definitely dependable.

Glen and his team are always professional, on time and communicate the work they perform.. Many times they have found issues before they happen. I know when they leave ,I won't have to call them back. Quality work at an honest price.

Put a unit in my home which lowered my monthly bills by at least $100.00. Apparently the unit I had was not the right size for my home. Very professional, clean cut and polite, Cleaned up after the job and have not had any problems at all. I would highly recommend this company to take care of all you air conditioning needs.
