In the midst of all the COVID 19 and quarantine and as weather heats up my 24 year old AC decided it was going to finally stop working. Ryan and Copasetic Mechanical has been our go to AC guys for the last 7 years. Ryan has always been honest and a pleasure to deal with. When this happened we called him and he broke the news, he gave us a quote. I looked into other companies and did my due diligence. I found a couple of companies that gave me a better quote however, I have really been extremely happy dealing with Ryan and his customer service is always amazing. With the stress of times, current health conditions, and previously experienced his professionalism, customer service and honesty, I decided to go with Ryan. I have NO regrets. He came by with his team, Yuni one of his employees, was very patient and careful installing the handler and the condenser. In addition, everyone wore masks. His team is very knowledgeable and you could tell they know exactly what they were doing. NOW I have an AC that is so much quieter than the old one. This one is cooler and I am sleeping better. Finding honest people and great service in Miami is heard to find and these guys are worth it!!

In case you are also wondering why I have been loyal to copasetic, ** 7 years ago, I had four different companies that told me it was urgent for me to replace my old Trane unit and that it would NOT last. Copasetic was the ONLY company that assured me that it was working well and to wait until it broke to fix.. I am glad to have Ryan and his team for the past 7 years!! I highly recommend them.

Copasetic Mechanical did a fantastic job putting a new air conditioning unit in our house. They were very professional and skilled in their trade. And anytime I've had a question since the installation they have responded promptly with excellent customer service.

So impressed and incredibly happy. Their work is so clean and precise! They were on time, worked efficiently, cleanly, and quicker than I expected. They kept me updated on everything they were doing from start to finish. I was expecting a really big mess at the end, but they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves! We would use them over and over again!

Wow, it is so wonderful to find a professional , honest , and timely company in Miami ! I called in the evening and had service by 10:00 in the morning . The technician, Dennis, was so kind and knowledgeable, diagnosing our problem with central air conditioning unit in 5 minutes , and replacing the part in 10 minutes . I will be recommending this amazing company to everyone I know . Thank you for your help !

I've been working in condominiums for 4-5 years now and Copascetic is the best HVAC company i've ever dealt with hands down and it's not even close! These guys maintain and conduct repairs on our 3 AAON RTUs (they're AAON certified!) They also work on our pool and spa heaters and take care of all the heat pumps in our common areas and for many of our residents also.

Ryan and his guys are the most knowledgable, honest, and hardworking techs in the trade, and they don't mind going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of.

Copasetic is just phenomenal. I have no other way to explain it. After dealing with other HVAC companies I can say this company sets itself apart. No run arounds or bs. Yuniel and his crew are awesome punctual and for god sakes they work unbelievably clean. But don’t take my word for it try them yourself you will not be disappointed!!

Ryan and his team have always taken care of us, they were quick to install our A/C in AUGUST of all times. So appreciative of their friendliness and making the whole process easy. They left the house cool and clean after a total install. Thank you Copasetic Mechanical.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Hands down they are the most responsive company I've dealt with in Miami. I reached out on a Monday morning and someone was at my place in a matter of hours. Service is always very courteous and professional (I highly recommend Luis!)!
