The whole team at cool solution services is great ! From my personal experience everyone from the owner Eddy to the technicians are very professional and very knowledgeable. They performed a full installation of an hvac system in my home from the ducting to the whole unit inside and out . I couldn’t be happier with their installation and customer service . I had plenty contractors come out to give quotes and some even rejected the job and said it was impossible to install because of my low attic but cool solution services got it done ! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs hvac work done correctly .

Cool Solutions Services was going to send a technician to work on our AC. I was told a technician would come by between 9am-12pm on a Wednesday morning. I made significant changes to my schedule to make myself available for the entire 3 hour time block. No one came by the entire time. No email notifying me they were cancelling... nothing. I sat around for three hours wasting my time waiting for someone who never came and never said they weren’t coming. This was very disrespectful of my time. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the scheduling lady apologized and had a technician in first thing in the morning the next day.

I spoke/worked with 3 team members of Cool Solutions and each offered a very high level of service and professionalism. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. As a real estate professional

Tenant called me yesterday, late afternoon, to advise the AC was not cooling, turned out the AC Compressor broke and circuits blown out.

Called Cool Solution Services and Eddie and his team went first time today and got the full unit replaced with a high efficiency one and they even took care of the old unit, they installed a new thermostat, installed new steel hoses, all this in less than 24 hrs since tenant called me which is impressive and also necessary for the well-being of the tenant considering we are in summer and in the middle of COVID.

They also had communication with tenant to validate his availability to make the replacement without me having to concern about this.

They also gave me warranty of 1 year for parts and labor, and five years on the compressor (costs half the money of a new unit...), same as 2 maintenance visits and one emergency visit during the next 18 months.

I called Cooling Solutions around 11.30 am and they arrived right away. The technician Frank found the issue right away, explained us in detail what he did and each new and replaced pieces.
In less than an hour the air was back on!
