I had a contract with DebonAir for regular semi-annual service. For the most part, no complaints there (hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). Just moved into a new house which needs work to the existing system. DebonAir came out and looked but never followed up. Iโve followed up with them several times, asking them for a quote and to come start the job. Every time I call get transferred from one person to another, which is frustrating. The calls always end with someone saying they will call me back, but they never do. Zero follow up. In hindsight I should have stopped calling them after day 1, but I had a decent relationship with them so I kept giving them a chance. This has now gone on way too long. Donโt waste your time calling them like I did.
Very expensive and charge a minimum of 3 hours per each visit. I have spent over $1000 in one month for repeat easy 30 minute repair. Look for another company.
Mandatory $160 call out charge. Did not vacuum the system or test with a leak sensor. Charged $330. System leaked in 8 hours. Came back the next day Charged ANOTHER $465 to do the job properly. $800 total for 7lbs of refrigerant. LEAKED OUT AGAIN! Never again!
My AC was down in my unit in Miami Beach, these guys came back time and time again and stuck with me even finally coming back on a Sunday to get the AC up back and working. It just was one of those difficult to diagnose cases. Could not have asked more than the responsiveness or the professionalism.

This group is absolutely A+ when it comes to professionalism and getting the job done. Fixing something that's broken or installing new equipment is one thing. But it's another when you like the people doing the work and they respect your time by showing up when they say and getting down when they told you they would be. Highly recommended!
As an engineer for one of the most premier property management companies it is imperative for our service vendors to have our best interest at the forefront of their efforts and DebonAir has provided that service on our mechanical equipment for the last 15 years.
I looked at them online haven't visited yet. I was looking for location so I could submit my resume. Great reputation in the South Florida area for HVAC mechanical work.
Because unfortunately equipment failure doesn't have a specific day Saturday is overtime. At the end technician suggested to clean drain by myself. ๐๐
Horrible, no customer service at all can never reach anyone on the phone, they don't follow up on their PM visit and when asked about it or speak to a supervisor their response it they're swamp with work. That's a nice way to keep customers, keep up the good work!
