I had a situation where another AC company sold me a very expensive AC unit just to unload it, and I paid three times what I should of paid for an AC unit for my home. I couldn't get the parts because no one could get them in a reasonable amount of time. I had called several companies that where dealers and they couldn't help me until Cyclone Mechanical got involved. Between Ralf and Tony and the Amana Rep., approving not just the part but the whole outside unit, this monstrous job finally got completed . This company has the muscle, integrity, and honesty plus the knowledge in getting the job done right and quick. I am truly grateful for all involved from Cyclone to the Amana Rep. that stood behind their product and got this job done right. Without hesitation use this company.

Definitely the best A/C repair company I've ever worked with. The guys are solid and trust worthy. They explain all the issues in layman terms and put a variety of options on the table for you with pros, cons, and pricing. My A/C needed to be replaced after 14 years of service. This place was recommended by a family member. It's always difficult to find a business that is not trying to oversell you on more that what you need. The tech that came to my home for the estimate was professional and informative. He provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and only for what i asked for. The installation was completed same week and at my convenience. The techs were clean and quick with their installation which only took a couple of hours. The follow up customer service was amazing. I received a call after the installation to ask how satisfied I was with work and follow up calls to ensure the new unit was working to standard. Great job guys. I will most definitely use again.
