Edel was the technician assigned to repair our A/C unit in just a few minutes found and fix the problem, explained what the problem was and left the unit working the way is suppossed to be, He cleaned up and disposed everything after completing the job. Highly recommended company and Edel amazing technician!!!

What a bunch of UNPROFESSIONALS. From their management all the way to their techs. They came out to my house on Dez 21 2022 and one day later nothing was working. The ac and heater are still not working. I called them 3 times, but they keep kicking the can on my calls. It was a very cold week in Florida and my wife got sick from the cold weather Another problem!. They charged us $120.00 for the diagnostic which they told us it would be deducted from the total estimated cost if we repaired the unit. Guess what! They charged us for the diagnostic, and technician added extra costs for parts without telling us what was going on. A repair that was supposed to be $900.00 end-up costing $1.158.00 for nothing. Today is Dec 28 -2022 and we got No AC, NO Heating nor return call from them either.
