I ve been working with this company for almost 7 years .
Being property manager I really need a fast ,reliable an efficient company and this is the one. I read Zee revue and I think he doesn t have enough experience in the process of getting access to most of the condos in downtown Miami, It s very hard and it s necessary to provide several documents different type of insurances, compensation workers, etc), so it takes time and can cause delays, so at during that process they can t answer the phone. There is another consideration: when you have an appointment with an a/c technician sometimes they can't arrive during the range time because of the traffic or a former complicate case , so the client has to be patient . I know regarding all these details being in both sides: I have to get a good and affordable service for the landlord and the tenant. I definitely recommend this company , they are great !

The experience from start to end was exceptional! Gilberto, Sales Manager, took the time to educate us on various systems, including latest technology, thoroughly and patiently. Answered all my questions and doubts. Out of 4 quotes, we decided to move forward with Air Solution and Repair. On the scheduled day of installation, AC Technician, Victor Roque de Escobar, was assigned to our case. He was professional, friendly, respectful, and informative. Taking care with all of his work surroundings and the installation itself. Very knowledgeable and very much loves his trade. Install was very smooth with no issues at all. We are very disappointed with their service, they are not knowledgeable and lack professionalism. We used this company for our office, they installed the units and handled our maintenance. The units always had issues, they were constantly here fixing and changing parts $$$. The unit above the ceiling was always leaking due to bad installation and ruined our ceiling tiles. We had several issues with them over charging us for repairs caused by their poor workmanship on the initial installation that cost us a lot of money in the long haul. We now have switched services and we would not recommend them to anyone! Please stay away!!!!

I was able to replace my leaky air conditioner the same day I called Air Solution and Repair. The young man who came out to install my unit was great! He was not only efficient, but very pleasant and courteous. The job was done within a few hours and the air conditioning closet was left extremely clean. I was very pleased with the service and the technician. The air conditioner is cooling extremely well, so far. Hopefully, this unit will last as long as my old one!

This is the dream company, especially in this post-covid era where service levels are falling everywhere. They are reliable, trustworthy, punctual and available. Most importantly for this business, they are honest. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to come Thursday morning with a brand new unit and have it completely installed. The service was great and everyone was responsive. I think they even hosed my patio off after they were done. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible and Expensive

I called them for a sytem fault 44 code in my Carrier infinity. They showed up, read the system fault 44 from the control screen (did not connect any computer, electronic instrument or sensor) and in 5 minutes informed me that the standard solution was to replace the fan motor that was under warranty but they did not have it with them so they had to come back the next day. They tried to charge me the visit and the next day service, contradicting the on the phone offer of US$ 85 visit charge that were going to be discounted from the service if I decided to do it.
After paying for the visit and clarifying the situation, they came back the next day, replace the fan motor in less than an hour and charge me US$ 400 (for 45 minutes of labor). Again, no computer, sensor or instrument to measure CFMs and no check of the service module of the control system.
The first night after the service, the unit was performing +6 degrees hotter than before with the same programs and everything the same, so I called them the next working day to ask them to fix the situation but without even asking any detail of the problem, they wanted me to agree to another US$ 85 service charge in case it was “not related to their work”. Needless to say that nobody touched the unit but them, that it was always working smoothly until the fault and that I asked them to honor their work and guarantee and that I was not going to pay another visit as that they did not even check electronically their work, but they refused to come without me accepting the “possible” charge.

They are fully equipped (ipad with 4G and sophisticated app) to charge you on the spot however they do not use any computer or electronic instrument to verify their work, they do not provide an invoice with the details of the work done and replacement parts (model, serial #, OEM) and they do not follow up of their work and their customer satisfaction. The technician who had sciatica and needed to work seated was a nice person though.
Stay away from this company.

Very professional team, they guided me through the best product to choose and replaced my 15 year old single stage central A/C unit (very old technology) for a 2020 inverter A/C system. DAIKIN Fit series Controls not only the temperature but air quality and humidity with 18 SEER efficiency and 12 year warranty, it beat the competition easily, I’m very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend.

At first I was very hesitant,but after speaking to a lady by the name of April in customer service. I was very please ,with the out come and her professionalism as she took the time to explain and assure me that the companies techs would do a good job, They did! I would definitely recommend this company for any maintenance needs.
