The team was very responsive and did a service call on Saturday on short notice. They did a temporary repair on the unit until it could be replaced due the age of the unit and an internal fault. Since I bought a new system, I was not charged for the repair. They were able to install a new AC system and an excellent price just 5 days after the initial service call. The team showed up on time and got everything done in one day. They job was very well done with minimal inconveniences. Overall a great experience and I will use Rocket Air & Heat again.
