AC temporarily stoped blowing cold. Dave responded quickly. He checked the entire system found the system to now be operating as it should. Great customer service and professionalism. I never got that service with big companies. Rocket AC is our go to for AC issues

Called Rocket A&H about our evaporator coil freezing up, So, they promptly dispatched one of their technicians by the name of Will., Upon his arrival he immediately got to work trouble shooting the issue, and found a leak in the evaporator coil.
He explained that due to the location of the leak it could not be repaired, and needed to be replaced., He went on to say, that fortunately for us the part was still covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. So, he immediately got on the phone to secure the part, and scheduled the replacement. All of which was done in a timely and proficient manner.

Amazing!! Checked everything realized it was the compressor, replaced it and cleaned the outside fan. Waited to see that all worked properly.. so so happy!! Would recommend to all as Rocket was recommended to me.

Rocket Air installed a new inside and outside A/C and Heat pump system. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job on the removal and install. Had an issue with our A/C not operating properly and Dave came out within hours of our call and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and fix it.
