No B.S., quick, efficient. This company is now on my speed dial for the next time the Florida Summer gods decide to play pranks with my A/C.

Personally, I find these (very few) negative reviews to be incredibly out-of-touch with the experiences I've had. Mike and Courtney, the two I've worked with, have both been the most professional, helpful, and accommodating people I've worked with. They have bent over backwards to work around my schedule, work around my finances, and provide me with the absolute best service anyone could ask for. Custom Air and Heat is the ONLY company I will ever recommend.

I called Custom Air when my air conditioner would not start. Michael responded to my home on the same day and fixed the problem (bad capacitor). Michael also took the time to measure the temperature at the air handler to make sure all was well. The service was excellent and the price was fair. I highly recommend Custom Air and Heat.

Michael Hillger returns calls very personable and is on time. Fortunately I didn’t need any work done , explained how to operate new thermostat. Both checked AC systems and let me know their condition.
Told me about monthly drawing! When my system needs replacing I’ll call them . I trust them

Mike has taken care of our a/c needs for years - he is fair, dependable and knowledgeable. He and his crew recently installed a brand new unit in one day with exceptional service once again. We would highly recommend this company to everyone with any type of a/c repair or replacement.

Two technicians came out today Micheal and Cedric. Very knowledgeable, explained what I needed and felt like I was getting my money's worth. Also, the girl at the office I believe was Courtney she was very friendly. Always stayed in touch and gave a courtesy call before the techs arrived! Very happy! I am lone caregiver to my stroke-disabled husband. As well, I have lived in Melbourne for 35 years and have had many different HVAC companies service AC units at previous residences and my current home. Custom Air and Heat is the best HVAC I have ever encountered. Michael and Brandon came out almost immediately. They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Custom Heat and Air.

A/C blowing warm air. Custom came over to "repair", also gave me price on new unit. 3 to 4 weeks later, A/C doing EXACT same thing, warm air. Michael the owner refused to come back! Refused to fix again! Refused even to give me credit towards future purchase! REFUSED me any curtesy whatsoever, took absolutely no responsibility that I had the very same issue he took $310.00 to fix!

Michael is awesome! I had another company do several repairs that kept telling me the unit was fine. Called Michael, as he is a fellow vet, and he found and fixed the problem! I knew I was not crazy!
