Custom Air and Heat is the best company to work with! They have installed all three of our AC units and we cannot say enough good things about them. Scheduling is easy, pricing is competitive, install is quick and the pride in their work is exceptional! We'll never use another company!

Poor customer service. Owner is rude bordering on hostile & impossible to deal with. AC I had a new Ac unit installed 11/18 & already having problems with it not properly cooling. Mike, the owner, was extremely rude, unprofessional & tried to give excuses rather then stand behind their work & product. Highly recommend you do not use this company

My experience dealing with Mike the owner was horrible he told me it would be around eight or 9000 to do a system in my house said he needed $300 to do a heating and load calculation then took three months to get back to me with an estimate that was 12,000 and then refused to give me back my 300 after three months of waiting for an estimate I would never use this guy he is a crook
