    Good communication with these people. They connected an outside unit for me where several others would not because these other establishments did not do the complete install. There loss of business. Most Florida AC companies pretend they are Freon demi-gods. Mike and AirFlow crew just get the job done. Responsive, hard working folks. Thank you.

    Ron was very informative, thorough, and nice. He examined the inside air handler and drain line. I will need him back to check the ducts. It was after 4P.M. and the attic would have been too warm.

    My system was installed about 4 years ago by Airflow [Mechanical]. Thursday 9/17/2020 was my 3rd annual routine maintenance and my first under new owner (Airflow/Vital AC).

    The job appeared to have went routinely well, while I was busy working from home ... Ron was very professional and cordial.

    To cut a long story short the system started to not cool Friday morning and I phoned in the issue later after work. Service eventually responded Sunday 9/20 and sent someone to diagnose issue. The leak was confirmed and now I am in the middle of a warranty repair.

    Staff appears to be professional and thorough at best. I do not know how often/common things go bad right after a routine maintenance check but this is a situation that I dread the most. I also was disappointed by the responsiveness of team to my information given. Communications definitely needs improvement. At least the owner expressed willingness to make amends for my troubles and I respect that.
