I believe Airflow installed the initial system when the house was built and offered the new owners a maintenance contract which they accepted. It's been nearly 30 years I believe (I've been here almost 25 years). Airflow has and continues to handle our twice yearly maintenance contract. Our service has been top notch with one exception where a young tech was pushing my elderly mother towards things she didn't need. The owners were contacted and everything resolved satisfactorily. The company has even gotten someone here when the county was under an evacuation warning and something had broken in our system. That was above and beyond.
They've recently merged with another company from further south in Florida. I haven't met with but when we were having the hurricane emergency I did speak extensively with the new partner who promised that if a tech could not be found in a certain time frame he, himself, would drive up here and work on the system.
Without pause I would recommend this company.
